Projekt Zoll-Auktion.de
In diesem Projekt haben wir uns mit der Zoll-Auktions-Webseite, über die Waren von Zoll & Behörden versteigert werden, beschäftigt und ein nutzerzentriertes Redesign mit Fokus auf mobile-first vollzogen.
Herausforderung
Eine Behörden-Webseite, die mehr Umsatz als ein typisches mittelständisches Unternehmen macht, wird zu einer modernen Auktionsplattform für Verwaltung und BürgerInnen.
Zielsetzung
Damit Zoll-Auktion zukunftsträchtig wird, gestalteten wir mit dem Leitgedanken mobile-first und bereiteten eine direkte Übergabe an die Mitarbeitenden im ITZBund vor.
Erhöhte Usability durch vereinfachte Navigation und Suchfunktion
Gezielte Ansprache von Nutzergruppen durch zugeschnittene Funktionen
Klare Kommunikation durch eine verständliche Botschaft
